Carts are not allowed on beach or saltwater flats. PAVED ROADS ONLY

Must be 18yrs or older with a VALID drivers license.

No one under 25yrs of age can rent.

All carts are covered under Third-Party Insurance. Renter is responsible for all damages to cart rented. Insurance does not cover drivers under 25yrs.
