Carts are not allowed on beach or saltwater flats.

PAVED ROADS ONLY. Not allowed to the narrows.

Must be 25yrs or older to rent cart.

Must be 18yrs or older with a VALID driver's license.

All carts are covered under Third-Party Insurance. Renter is responsible for all damages to cart rented.

Insurance does not cover drivers under 25yrs.
