Carts are not allowed on beach or saltwater flats.

PAVED ROADS ONLY. Not allowed to the narrows.

Must be 25yrs or older to rent cart with a VALID driver's license.

Must be 18yrs or older with a VALID driver's license to drive cart

All carts are covered under Third-Party Insurance. Renter is responsible for all damages to cart rented.

Insurance does not cover drivers under 25yrs.
